About the training
We’re going to be partnering, while playing. We explore how to be with another body in movement and how much effort, resistance, softness and playfulness we can bring to our interactions. Firstly we will play to later discover the principles.
With this we will explore easy ways of lifting and sharing weight. We start close to the floor and slowly move toward other positions. The work begins in a fun and simple way and becomes more open over time. Creating awarness in our own bodies to expanded to other bodies - humans as well as objects.
We will work on our own, with the floor, with a partner, and in small groups.
