Über das Training
Feldenkrais Method
Feldenkrais is a somatic learning method based on neuroscience, biology and motor development, created by Moshe Feldenkrais. It uses principles of neuroplasticity as a way to learn or relearn movement patterns and so expand our options for a healthy skeletal and muscular organization as well as improved movement functions.
The lesson will be designed to explore basic movement patterns in a comfortable and effortless manner. It encourages playful curiosity with a non-judgmental and “nothing to achieve” approach.
This Profitraining week at 4ft Leipzig will propose a series of lessons focusing on the middle line, sensing the spine and giving tools to integrate our pelvis, chest and head to its complex movement.
Each class will end with a time open for feedback where the participants will be open to share about their impressions and experiences of the lessons, and/or ask questions.
