About the training
In this class, we move between structure and play. By combining technical training with playful challenges, we develop the physical tools to move with power and fluidity. We focus on mobility work, full body activations and acrobatic conditioning to prepare the body for expansive physical movement. Using the floor as our partner and our dance partners as a playful source of challenge, we test our coordination, agility and proprioception. Movement sequences and phrases draw from floorwork and acrobatic training, inviting us to shift between levels and dynamics with fluidity and ease.
