Profitraining Anne-Hélène Kotoujansky
About the Training
This movement practice is designed to maintain care, strength and creative availability in daily professional practice.
It focuses on warming up through functionality, sharpening awareness through set sequences, and expanding individual movement language through improvisations.
The material, exercises and tasks are intuitively developed and inspired by previous artistic work, elements of the Jooss-Leeder method, particularly its attention to movement qualities through time and space, and ongoing observation of nature.
